Employer Brand and recruitment campaign for a Tech Business

A leading digital technology and cyber security business was seeking to attract and retain high calibre staff to support the business’ ambition and growth objectives.

Listening to our client’s needs, we developed and delivered a strategic PR thought leadership campaign to raise the company’s profile. We also created an Employer Brand communications programme to attract and retain new talent to the business. This included:

  • Segmenting their target audience to prioritise and focus their resources

  • Building their Employer Brand story to connect with their target audience

  • Creating social media posts, digital articles and video content
