Who We are
Puffin Communications was established over a decade ago to provide PR, Marketing and Strategy services. Since then we have developed a dedicated Coaching service, enabling us to better facilitate our clients’ change and transformation goals, as well as professional development and leadership support for communications and marketing teams. We are a small core team with an extensive and experienced network of specialist associates and partners, who we bring together depending on the nature of our clients’ needs.
Mary Leonard
Founder
Mary has over 30 years experience working for FTSE listed companies, small and medium sized businesses, not for profit and public sector clients. Her expertise includes the design and delivery of business, PR, marketing and employee communications strategies as well as coaching and advisory services to support major transformation and culture change programmes. Mary is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a member of the Association of Coaching and an ILM Accredited Coach.
Henry is a creative problem solver with a knack for turning challenges into solutions. He is an innovative thinker, skilled in designing engaging content for social media, digital marketing and PR campaigns. Adaptable across projects, Henry brings fresh ideas and a collaborative approach to drive impactful results and inspire positive change for our clients.
